Pegasus looks like a standard ringed barrel from a distance, but the "smooth" sections between the machined rings are actually covered in fine micro grooves — so even the parts that look bare still have grip working underneath.
The barrel splits into two ringed grip zones, each marked with a purple ring rather than a visible seam, so you can feel where one zone ends and the next begins without looking down. That micro-groove texture keeps the overall feel surprisingly comfortable rather than aggressive, despite grip running the full length.
